The study describes the authority child protection process aimed at eliminating the risk of a criminalized child from a crime prevention point of view, focusing on the story contained in the guardianship case files. The scenario does not depict a well-known crime. Although the story is based on real events, the identity of the young person who violates the norms is deliberately not revealed based on child rights considerations in the interest of the child. We are convinced that the power of the public, the identification based on identity lays the groundwork for the further criminalization of the child who commits a crime and can also trigger a victimological process. Therefore, when disclosing the norm violation, we must keep in mind the danger of stigmatization, respect for privacy, and the chance of successful resocialization.
