Facebook had 2.8 billion users in 2020, and the company generates four petabytes of data a day. In addition to the legal regulation, one pays less attention to the issues of human moderators and artificial intelligence although the classification of content is done by them through the combined use of artificial intelligence and human intervention. Together they are the first line of defence in the war on unwanted content. The solution is probably not a decision between human moderation and moderation by artificial intelligence but for using them jointly in the future.
