Abstract

Criminal protection regarding the right to dignity and the right to honour is manifested differently in Romanian and Hungarian criminal law. Regarding the protection of these rights through criminal law, there have been similar measures, but the legislation of the two legal systems is different both in terms of the content of the offences and the set of sanctions.
