Hungarian Concession Company as a Pseudo Business Association?

Abstract

Under the above title, I undertake to shed light on whether the concession company corresponds to a normal business association or not. In the following, I analyse the characteristics of the concession company based on two legal institutions of company law jurisprudence: the definition of a business association and the principle of freedom of enterprise and incorporation. Then I examine the exposure of the concession company to the public law regulatory environment and its dependence on the concession contract.
