The Offence of Fraudulent Bankruptcy in Romanian Criminal Law

Abstract

In this study, the author provides a detailed description of the crime of fraudulent bankruptcy, which was first regulated in the Romanian Criminal Code in 2014. The author analyses the crime in a classic way, presents its object, subject, objective and subjective side. He also analyses the necessity of the existence of the state of insolvency in fact or in law and the relationship with other crimes.
