Abstract

The study examines the ideas of Ferenc Raffay regarding the regulation of the association in the Civil Code, highlighting them in his work. He states that the economic type of association should only be discussed briefly in the private law code. The reason for this is that the type of association is regulated in detail in each state’s commercial law, both professional and economic. The author presents the process with a comprehensive analysis, suggesting that Raffay’s concept is correct.
