Impressions on the Margins of a Book: Subjective Reflections on the General Part of Civil Law

Abstract

The present study intends to formulate some general conclusions on civil law, on the margins of reviewing the textbook used in legal education at the Cluj-Napoca Faculty of Sapientia Hungarian University of Transylvania. The book is intended to help law students who study Romanian civil law in the Hungarian as well as Romanian languages. The textbook includes the general part of Romanian civil law in a detailed manner, providing the most important basic knowledge for law students. The book covers many issues in an exceptional depth, its illustrative examples help law students, but its practical approach should also be of interest to practising lawyers.
